1. Cancellation by the Student

  • Any cancellation must be communicated as early as possible and at least 24 hours before the scheduled lesson.

  • If the cancellation is made less than 24 hours before, the lesson will be cancelled free of charge, except in cases of recurrence.

  • From the third late cancellation (less than 24 hours) onwards, the lesson will be charged at half price.

2. Rescheduling by the Student

  • Students can reschedule their lessons directly via their online account.

  • Any change must be made as early as possible and at least 24 hours before the scheduled lesson.

  • If the rescheduling is done less than 24 hours before, it will be considered as a cancellation (see conditions above).

3. Cancellation by the Teacher

  • If the teacher needs to cancel a lesson, a rescheduled date will be proposed that is convenient for the student.

4. Delays

  • If the student is late, the lesson will still take place but will be shortened accordingly, with no reduction in price.

  • If the teacher is late, the lost time will be made up or deducted from a later lesson.

5. Special Cases

  • In the event of accident or illness (with supporting proof), cancelled or rescheduled lessons may be rearranged by mutual agreement.
